     Both Shanghai Hanyin Medical Technology Service Co., Ltd. and Shanghai William Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Co., Ltd. are subordinate to Shanghai Jahwa Group. Shanghai Hanyin Medical Technology Service Co., Ltd., organized by Shaghai Herin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Centre of Research & Development of New Drugs in 1998, is mainly engaged in the development and application of medical technology, undertakes international collaborative project of medical technology and provides professional medical technology service.
    Established in 1989, Shanghai William Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the development of medical technology products combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine, especially in the product development and production of computerized medical appliances. The company has successively developed TCM Channel Course Diagnosis Apparatus, Brain-care Apparatus, Male Holistic Therapy Apparatus, Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular-care Apparatus, Psychology Diagnosis Apparatus, etc. For many times, its products have been entitled new products by national government and Shanghai municipal government, and been exhibited abroad as the representative of scientific and technological products of Shanghai.
    Shanghai William Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Co., Ltd., as a Shanghai-Hongkong joint venture, called “William”, mainly in honour of Mr. Cao William, a late outstanding leader in the electromechanical industry in China, has got the care and support of the leaders of the country and the Party at all levels since its establishment. Mr. Wang Daohan, the former president of the Association for Relations across the Taiwan Straits, has given an inscription for our company, Mr. Zhou Jiannan, the former minister of Mechanical and Electrical Industrial Ministry, and others personally came to the company to give business guidance and instruction. In 1999, Chinese President Jiang Zemin has inscribed the book name for the book of “Recalling Mr. Cao William” specially and written a poem for him.
    In the spirit of Mr. Cao William’s diligence and keeping improving, probity and philanthropy, the company has been making full use of new and high technology to human health and happiness cause. It has obtained the manufacturing license of medical apparatus issued by State Drug Administration of China in the first batch. Its products have passed GB9706 standards all-sidedly, and its product quality and curative effect have won appraises from the production industry and application trade.
